The Logitech MX Revolution Cordless Laser Mouse – Proceed with Caution

This wireless mouse is a rather pricey model that promises a lot but doesn’t always deliver on its promises. In fact, the reviews are surprisingly mixed. It’s almost as if some folks got a good product and others got a “lemon.” The Logitech gaming mouse looks sleek and stylish, and it’s loaded with more calibration options and features than you may ever use.

It operates on rechargeable (but not replaceable) batteries. Some users find it hard to seat the mouse in the the charging station, which can be a bit annoying. There is no way to recharge the mouse while using it. The batteries hold a charge for a long time, though.

The mouse is fairly large and ergonomically designed (for right-handers only) to minimize fatigue during long periods of use. It fits under the hand for effortless and natural movement. Of course, while some users like the way it feels, other users don’t find the mouse very comfortable.

The scroll wheel, which is a big selling point, is loved by some and hated by others. It is extremely sensitive and fast, to the point that it may register a scroll even when you didn’t intend to, or send the cursor flying off the screen into the ether. The mode change from smooth scroll to click scroll is a bit wonky for some users.

The mouse is immediately responsive after turning on – but in some situations the connectivity reportedly drops off. Gamers in particular would be frustrated by this lapse in performance.

It’s pretty clear that this mouse is not a good choice for serious gaming – it’s designed more for work than for play. All in all, you may want to look at other products in addition to this model before making your mouse buying decision.

Here are some of the features of the Logitech MX Revolution Cordless Laser Mouse:

  • – MicroGear Precision scroll wheel operates in two distinct modes
  • – SmartShift technology automatically applies the best scrolling mode for the application you’re using
  • – Document quick flip lets you move effortlessly between documents and applications
  • – Integrated search button connects instantly to your preferred search engine
  • – Precise laser technology and a rechargeable battery

Zojirushi NS-TSC10 5-1/2-Cup Rice Cooker

I got married a few years ago. Me and my wife both are working people. When we started our new life we face a little heave when it comes to cooking as when ever any of us comes back from office we both are dead tired and lately perched out of energies. Out of many things which are common between me and my wife, we both are rice lover. Not just lover I would say but you can well imagine that rice is a must part of our menu weather it is lunch or dinner. We were not only facing problems with cooking the rice but we also didn’t had time for cooking as we have other chores to do as well. Then my sister in law gave us the idea to try this japanese rice cooker, as it will not only save time, also we can have the great quality of rice every time we cook through zojirushi as there is no chance of misjudgment. Both of us liked the idea very much. So we bought a zojirushi. And just as we expected that was a very pleasant experience. The rice was very well cooked, no breaking of rice. The timer function is a great addition, as you just have to put the rice and water in it, set the time and you can go to office. And when you will return you will be welcomed by the great odor of cooked rice.

The weight of zojirushi is almost 10 pounds which makes it very portable and easy to handle. Among all the other plus points of zojirushi there are several other too which are worth mentioning. The outlook is absolutely a class, a modern looking design having a stainless black body. The music sets off when the cooking starts and finish. The keep warm function works well. I 1st thought it will turn the rice mushy if we leave the rice for the night. But that didn’t happened, the rice were as fresh as newly cooked, warm and ready to serve.

This model is even perfect for large families too as it can cook a whole meal for them. The steam function is a very big advantage when it comes to beans. As the beans are sometime tough to cook. The re-usage of steam cooks the beans perfectly and to the bottom. The base is a four pointed having a very firm grip on many types of surfaces. With all these features who being a rice lover can overlook this offer. As far as we are concerned we would highly recommend it as it is not just meant for the rice but with the additional features one can use it to cook the boiled chicken with the rice and vegetables without the loss of nutrition. A perfect buy as it will cover its cost within a month. 5 stars I would give to it and hope to enjoy the same great taste whenever I cook.

What Type of Dryer to Use After a Hair Relaxer

You just had your hair chemically relaxed and now your going to put heat, and products onto your head. Wrong, unless you want frizz, dry hair, and hair breakage. Blow dryers not only cause frizz, they can make the hair feel like straw, and take away moisture from the scalp, especially after a hair relaxer.
If you are trying to avoid these problems, I highly suggest using a dome hair dryer. A dome hair dryer has many advantages. Here they are:

A dome hair dryer allows you to relax while getting your hair done. All of us women enjoy reading a book, maybe fixing your nails, or just closing your eyes. This can be done in your own home.

Hands free- When using a dome hair dryer, it will allow the hands to remain at your side at all times. This way the hands are not stimulating the hair creating frizz, causing knots, or hair breakage like a regular blow dryer will do.

Ends of hair that are most porous after an relaxer are protected. When using a regular hair dryer the heat comes in contact with the ends, roots, and shaft, but with a dome dryer the ends can be protected with end papers and rollers.

Dome hair dryers can be quite expensive, but there are some on the market that are budget friendly such as the Hot Tools 1200 Watt Hood for $39.99, or the Hot Tools Ion dome hair dryer for $50.00. Both of these dryers will help soften the hair, add shine, reduce frizz, and keep the style locked in longer.

After a relaxer your add needs as much moisture as possible. This means less heat, more protein. Speaking of protein, you can add protein to the relaxer, which will make the hair smoother, stronger, and straighter. From experience I would add a product called Neutral Protein Filler. This product can be used mixed with the relaxer, used with a hair color, or can be turned into a deep conditioner. With any chemical service you need to seal the cortex, and this product will do just that without causing any harm.

What I like most about dome hair dryers is, the air is constantly circulating and not remaining in one spot for along period of time, and there is no hard brushing or combing to cause any further damage to the hair. When we use a hand blow dryer the hair is constantly moving around all over the place, which can cause lots of static and frizz.
